SUBSTANCE: device has consumption meters 1, accumulation units 2, unit 4 which reads and transmits data and central computer 5. Consumption meters 1 have pulse output. Each accumulation unit 2 is designed as pulse accumulator with independent power supply and individual identification code. Pulse accumulation units 2 are connected to achieve accumulating modules 3 which are connected to common hub 14. Unit 4 which reads and transmits data provides possibility of individual request of each pulse accumulation unit 2 and transmission of its code and data stored in it.
