SUBSTANCE: system for remote monitoring and control of an unmanned aerial vehicle. System contains a control center comprising a portable computer of an automated workstation (AWS) of an operator, a monitor, a video signal processing device, a timer, a multifunctional device, navigation equipment with a built-in antenna, a portable radio station with a built-in antenna, an automatic channel switch, a radio frequency transceiver with an antenna, a satellite subscriber station and an antenna system of a satellite subscriber station (SSS), and also contains a fixed public communication network (PCN), including an antenna system of a satellite ground station (SGN), a satellite ground station, an automatic telephone exchange (PBX) and communication channels of a fixed public communication network (PCN), and also contains equipment for an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), including an antenna for an ultra-short-wave (VHF) radio station, a VHF radio station and a video recorder, n of organization and control stations (OCS), each including a radio frequency transceiver antenna, a radio frequency transceiver, a laptop computer, a navigation receiver with a built-in antenna, an information processing and transmission device and a 360 degree camera.
EFFECT: increased throughput of control channels and reliability of the system for monitoring and controlling an unmanned aerial vehicle when it is in various zones in a remote area in real time.
