SUBSTANCE: proposed system includes electronic marks applied to each vehicle and/or electronic marks applied to each locking-and-sealing device, network of stationary readout devices arranged along route of train for readout of information from electronic marks by radio channel, and/or at least one portable readout device providing successive readout of electronic marks located on locking-and- sealing devices and/or directly on running vehicles, transmission of received information by radio channel to dispatcher stations connected by radio channels with readout devices. Electronic marks on locking-and-sealing devices and electronic marks arranged directly on running vehicles differ in information meanings.
