SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the confectionary industry and may be used for manufacture of a product with an increased biological value and high taste properties. One proposes a confectionary dragee containing initial ingredients represented by sugar sand, sugar powder, molasses, citric acid, a food colorant, vegetable oil, bee wax, paraffin, talc, water, a biologically active component represented by essential oil of a medical plant. Additionally, the dragee contains a biologically active component represented by bee royal jelly; the essential oil is represented by essential oil of anise or eucalypt or thyme or lavender or peppermint or sage; the initial ingredients are used at the following ratio, wt %: sugar sand - 4.87-4.96; sugar powder - 60-89.5; molasses - 4.5-4.9; bee royal jelly - 0.05-0.06; essential oil of anise or eucalypt or thyme or lavender or peppermint or sage - 0.35-0.43; citric acid - 0.38-0.4; food colorant - 0.01-0.015; vegetable oil - 0.018-0.02; bee wax - 0.01-0.012; paraffin - 0.01-0.012; talc - 0.12-0.13; water - balance. When anise essential oil is introduced, a pink colorant is used; when eucalypt essential oil is introduced, a yellow or a red colorant is used; when thyme essential oil is introduced, a cherry colorant is used; when lavender essential oil is introduced, a blue colorant is used; when peppermint essential oil is introduced, a green colorant is used. Additionally, one proposes a confectionary dragee containing initial ingredients represented by sugar sand, sugar powder, molasses, lemon essence, a food colorant, vegetable oil, bee wax, paraffin, talc, water, a biologically active component represented by vitamin C. Additionally, the dragee contains a biologically active component represented by bee royal jelly; the initial ingredients are used at the following ratio, wt %: sugar sand - 4.87-4.96; sugar powder - 60-89.5; molasses - 4.5-4.90; bee royal jelly - 0.05-0.06; vitamin C - 0.35-0.43; lemon essence - 0.38-0.4; food colorant - 0.01-0.015; vegetable oil - 0.018-0.02; bee wax - 0.01-0.012; paraffin - 0.01-0.015; talc - 0.12-0.13; water - balance. A green colorant is used.

EFFECT: invention ensures the production of dragee with an increased biological value combined with the preservation of medical-and-preventive value of the biologically active components.
