FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: during laparoscopy a free strand of omentum is fastened to peritoneum followed by aponeurosis dissection along 3-4 cm of center line from a trocar. Then omentum strand is isolated and fixed to aponeurosis in subcutaneous-fatty fiber. As a transplant it is necessary to use beta-cells culture of fetal pancreas in rabbits which is introduced into omentum strand by punctures. Method deals with creating a depot of pancreas islet cells cultures in greater omentum strand to have possibility to repeat introduction of beta-cells. EFFECT: higher efficiency to avoid traumatic laparotomic access and carrying out immunosuppressive therapy that leads to decreased requirements in exogenous insulin.
