FIELD: material treatment by pressure; emergency rescue operations. SUBSTANCE: device has two main levers 1,2 with working members, positioned in symmetry with axis of symmetry of power cylinder 3, and with power cylinder. Two auxiliary detachable levers 4, 5 ate hinge- connected to main levers 1,2 corresponding to them and are hinged-connected to each other by arms. Axis of hinge joint of auxiliary levers 4,5 is positioned on axis of symmetry of power cylinder 3, and working members are arranged on respective auxiliary levers 4,5. Axis of hinge-joint of each of auxiliary levers 4, 5 with respective main lever may be positioned in its middle part. In this case, axis of hinge-joint of auxiliary levers 4,5 is located on the side of hinge-joint of main levers. Axis of hinge- joint of each of auxiliary levers 4,5 with main levers 1, 2 corresponding to them may be also positioned on its vacant arm. In this case, axis of hinge-joint of auxiliary levers 4,5 is positioned on the side opposite to axis of hinge-joint of main levers 1,2.
