FIELD: plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: device comprises two levers each having one arm articulated to casing of power cylinder, symmetrically to its axis of symmetry. The free arms of said levers carry working tools in the form of expanding jaws. The rod of the power cylinder is articulated with each lever by corresponding links. Axles of articulated joint of each link with the cylinder rod are aligned. The relation of the distance between the axles of the articulated joints of each link and the corresponding link of the lever is 1.232 while the relation of the distance between the axle of the articulated joint of each lever and the casing of the power cylinder and the axis of symmetry of said cylinder to the distance between the axles of articulated joints of each lever and the casing of the power cylinder and the corresponding lever is 1.206.
