FIELD: industry of plastics. SUBSTANCE: syndiotactic polyolefin is synthesized by (co)polymerization of C3-C30-alpha-olefins in solution, suspension or gaseous phase in the presence of catalyst containing alumoxane of linear or cyclic type or their mixture with trialkylaluminium and at least two zirconocenes. Preferable zirconocenes were taken from the group involving rac-dimethylsilyl-(2-methyl-1-indenium)-zircon dichloride, rac-ethylene-(2-methyl-1-indenyl)2-zircon dichloride, rac-methylethylene-(2-methyl-1-indenyl)2-zircon dichloride or rac-phenylmethyl-silyl-(2-methyl-1-indenyl)3-zircon dichloride, or a mixture of the indicated zirconocenes with the following zirconocenes were used: rac-phenyl(methyl)silyl(indenyl)-zircon dichloride, diphenylmethylene-(9-fluorenyl)-(cyclopentadienyl)-zircon dichloride, rac-(dimethylsilyl-(2,3,5-trimethyl-1-cyclopentadienyl)5-zir- -con dichloride, rac-dimethylsilyl-(indenyl)6-zircon dichloride, rac-dimethylgermyl-(indenyl)-zircon dichloride, rac-dimethylsilyl-(indenyl)2-zircon dichloride, rac-phenyl-(vinyl)silyl-(indenyl)2-zircon dichloride, rac-2-(indenyl)2-zircon dichloride, rac-dimethylsilyl-(2,4-dimethylcyclopentadienyl)-zircon dichloride, rac-isopropylidene-(indenyl)2-zircon dichloride, rac-dimethylsilyl-(2-methyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1-indenyl)2- -zircon dichloride, rac-ethylene-(indenyl)2-zircon dichloride, rac-methylene-(3-1-butyl-1-cyclopentadienyl)2-zircon dichloride and rac-dimethylsilyl-(4,7-dimethyl-1-indenyl)2-zircon dichloride.
