FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves an aqueous-emulsion copolymerization of butadiene with styrene and 2-vinylpyridine or 2-methyl-5-vinylpyridine in the presence of emulgator, hyperis-rongalite initiating system and molecular mass regulating agent in alkaline medium at additional addition of products of alylation of aromatic amines or alkyl-(C8-C9)-phenols with styrene to reaction mass at amount 0.3-3 mas. p. p./100 mas. p. p. comonomers. One-half of total amount of alkylation products is added with reaction charge and the second part - at monomer exhaustion. EFFECT: high stability, increased adhesion of latex. 3 tbl
