FIELD: production of emulsion rubber, particularly, production of copolymers of butadiene, acrylonitrile and vinylydene chloride. SUBSTANCE: process of emulsion copolymerization of butadiene, acrylonitrile and vinylydene chloride is carried out by stepped acrylonitrile supply. 56-58 mass % of acrylonitrile is supplied at the beginning of the process, 10-33 mass % of acrylonitrile is supplied when conversion of monomers is 20-30 mass %, and 5-11 mass % of acrylonitrile is supplied when conversion of monomers is 55-40 mass %. Said stepped supply of acrylonitrile enables to prepare desired copolymers having high dynamic features together with high strength indexes. Process of copolymerization of monomers is carried out by simultaneously stepped supply of acrylonitrile and butadiene, 36-65 mass % of butadiene being supplied at the beginning of the process, 18-32 mass % of butadiene being supplied when conversion of monomers is 20-30 mass %, and 14-32 mass % of butadiene being supplied when conversion of monomers is 40-55 mass %. Said simultaneous stepped supply of acrylonitrile and butadiene enables to increase conversion of comonomers during their copolymerization together with improvement of dynamic features and retains strength indexes of copolymer. Rubber being prepared by proposed method may be used for production of rubber industrial articles which operate at high dynamic stress. EFFECT: improved quality of desired product. 2 cl, 8 tbl
