Copolymer capable of cross-linking may be powder. Copolymer based on vinyl esters has at least one monomer selected from the group containing vinyl esters of straight or branched alkylcarboxylic acids with 1-15 atoms of carbon and copolymer based on (met)acrylic acid esters has at least one monomer selected from the group containing metacrylic and acrylic acid esters and alcohols with 1-10 atoms of carbon. Copolymer based on vinyl esters and (met)acrylic acid esters contains 0.1-10% by weight of copolymer of at least one comonomer unsaturated with ethylene and possessing cross-linking effect.
