FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: system has fuel flow pressure source, through housing with processing members for electrolyzing the fuel made of porous dielectric with material porosity increasing from input to output and dielectric permeability greater than that of fuel. System has also fuel atomizer with pipelines, control valve installed at housing input and connected to control diaphragm secured in box with two differential inlets and fuel turbolator installed in middle part of through housing. Diffuser is mounted at outlet. Fuel processing member is made in form of two detachable cassettes, with dielectric permeability of material in cassettes increasing from input to output of through housing. First differential input of control diaphragm box is connected with system intake manifold, and second input of diaphragm box is connected with output of fuel flow pressure source.
