FIELD: chemical, food-processing and other industries and farming. SUBSTANCE: rotary drying device includes rotor divided into sectors by means of radial partitions, rotor drive mechanism and loading and unloading devices. Innovation of invention consists in form of loading device made as bins mounted on the outside of end wall of rotor; inner cavities of these bins are brought in communication with inner cavities of sectors through holes provided in end wall of rotor; hatches of bins are directed towards side opposite to vertex of respective sector. Provision is made for regulation of volume of inner cavity of bins. End walls of rotor may be made from material ensuring working action on material to be dried. Device may be provided with valves fitted over peripheral surface of rotor on each sector; they may open at moment of loading. Peripheral surface of rotor may be formed by flexible member connected with rotor drive mechanism. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 5 cl, 6 dwg
