SUBSTANCE: drier has casing with cover, devices for feeding and discharge of product to be treated, air supply devices, hollow rotor with drive and operating surface positioned in parallel with casing cover, device for zone heating of product to be treated. Casing is formed as inverted cone with working surface extending in parallel with rotor lower surface. Drier is further provided with heating jacket. Zone heating device and product feeding device are fixed on inner surface of casing cover and on rotor lower surface.
