FIELD: weather radars. SUBSTANCE: device has series-connected transmitter with trigger unit, circulator, and antenna provided with drive, series-connected receiver, gating unit, analog-to-digital converter, computer with storage unit, data submitting unit, as well as synchronizing unit; receiver input is connected to circulator second output; second output of synchronizing unit is connected to second input of gating unit, third input is connected to transmitter trigger unit input; novelty is that antenna uses stepping drive provided with control unit whose input is connected to first output of synchronizing unit; first output is connected to antenna stepping drive and second output, to second input of computer. EFFECT: provision for detecting pollutants, primarily radioactive ones, in atmosphere, differentiating them from other meteorological targets (snow, rain, hail, and the like), and determining degree of radioactive contamination of supervised atmosphere. 6 dwg
