FIELD: heat shielding systems, such as plasma holding cell reflector in thermonuclear fusion units. SUBSTANCE: sealed channel in provided in part made of composite refractory material by inserting tubular internal metal lining in part hole. Hard solder material is placed between internal lining and hole wall. Internal metal lining is soldered to hole wall so that this lining limits sealed channel. Internal metal lining is plastically deformed in operating conditions so that difference between thermal expansion of refractory material and internal metal lining can be compensated for due to plastic deformation of internal lining. Heat shield is formed by set of cooled members made of composite refractory material and provided with sealed internal channels connected to coolant inlet and outlet pipings.
