FIELD: structural materials in which honeycomb structure from composite engineering thermoplastic material containing three-dimensional fibrous load-bearing structure is fabricated on the base of this fibrous three-dimensional load-bearing structure formed by two-dimensional layers laid on each other and joined with each other by means of fibers piercing said layers. SUBSTANCE: cutouts in form of staggered slots are made through layers, through whole depth of said load-bearing structure, and this structure carrying cuts is stretched in direction other than parallel to said cuts, but parallel to planes of layers for formation cells whose walls formed by edges of said cuts. Load-bearing structure of composite material covered with staggered cuts and held in stretched state is packed with material forming its matrix. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 20 cl, 18 dwg
