FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: during treatment of patients with nonparasitic liver cysts and polycystic liver puncture, aspiration and cyst processing are performed. 3.5 ml of 10% NaCl solution is injected into the cyst cavity. RFA is carried out without electrode cooling by heating to 45-50°C with 10% NaCl solution increase to 80-90°C. The needle is placed into the cyst cavity during the ablation session for 5-10 minutes. After that, the generator is transferred to a medium power mode and the electrode is removed gradually, with the step length of 1 cm.
EFFECT: method allows to perform complete treatment of the liver cyst cavity by optimal de-epithelialization and to achieve subsequent cyst cavity fibrosis in terms of up to 6 months.
