FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing objects into chamber filled with oxygen-containing gas to expose them to concurrent influence of low temperature plasma and high voltage pulse discharge. Low temperature plasma is produced by means of pulsating 3-dimensional discharge of capacity type. The 3-dimensional discharge is created on chamber electrodes in the space between dielectric barriers under voltage pulse action so that amplitude is not less than 104 V, voltage growth rate is not less than 108 V/s and pulse repetition frequency is equal to 1-1-104 Hz. EFFECT: improved quality of sterilization. 2 dwg, 1 tbl
