FIELD: chemical technology, catalysts. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing high-siliceous zeolite at mole ratio SiO2/Al2O3 at least 80:1. Alumosol is prepared for two stages at an intermediate neutralization with a weak sol base at the first stage followed by its treatment with a strong inorganic acid and sol evaporation at the second stage. Gallium compound is added to zeolite suspension in alumosol directly followed by oil dropping dispersion and thermic treatment of the obtained spheres. Method provides decrease of gel-sphere formation to a few minutes and process of spherical catalyst producing is carried out by the continuous scheme.
