FIELD: space engineering. SUBSTANCE: launching system includes launching complex with servicing equipment, launching path with acceleration and braking sections located at angle relative to level and launcher with launch vehicle placed on it. Launcher is provided with stationary engines and skids for motion on launching path. On acceleration and braking section, launching path has form of chute provided with coat made from material possessing low friction coefficient in form of artificial ice cover on acceleration section and coat made from material possessing high friction coefficient and properties of refractory metal of braking section. Sides of chute on braking section are inclined inside. Launcher is provided with tiltable aerodynamic winds, changeable saddle-shaped supports and holders provided with hold- down cylinders for launch vehicle, flame damper with stops and ice surface protector to protect it against waste gases of launcher engines.
