FIELD: space transport systems; ground organization of space transport systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed complex includes closed rail track in form of two lines located one above other in vertical plane. Upper rail line is used as runway and lower line is used as return line. Track is mounted on truss trestle terminating in vertical ring; said rail lines are interconnected on this ring. Mounted on rails are platforms fitted with quick-detachable attachment units and acceleration engines. After acceleration of platform, vehicle is separated from it and lifts off. After completion of revolution over vertical ring, platform returns to launch over lower rail line. Complex is provided with standard rooms, shops and services. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of injection of space systems of small and medium mass (to 5 t) into orbits at altitudes from 200 to 1000 km at various inclination. 6 cl, 47 dwg, 3 tbl
