FIELD: locking facilities. SUBSTANCE: locking and lead-sealing device has body with space and coaxially located inlet and outlet holes, forceful locking mechanism located in body, and rope with shoulder on one of its ends. Locking mechanism is made in the form of splittable, spring-loaded tapered bush with shaped grooves in inner surface. Inner surface of body is tapered with its peak facing inlet hole. Taper of body inner surface corresponds to taper of bush. Cross-section configuration of rope corresponds to that of shaped grooves in bush to ensure proper conjugation and connection with tension.
