Abstract RU 2102626 C1

FIELD: mechanical engineering; fuel equipment of internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: injection nozzle of internal combustion engine has port 17 with inner circular surface and valve member 13 with outer circular surface coaxial with inner circular surface of port 17. Valve 13 is made movable along axis relative to port 17 for selective forming of ring passage between the member for delivery of fuel or for provision of sealed contact between members to prevent delivery of fuel. Valve member 13 has coaxial projection 30 protruding over edge of outer circular surface and arranged to make fuel jet coming out of orifice pass along path preset by outer surface 33 of projection 30 and, having passed along surface 33, flow down from the lower edge coaxially with orifice. Projection 30 is upset from below, close to valve member 13, thus forming converging round inverted truncated cone. Projection 30 forms surface 33 which contributes to adjusting the shape of fuel jet. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 14 cl, 3 dwg
