FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking out brain with dura mater, pia mater and arachnoidea from cranial cavity. Cannulas are introduced into dural sinuses, one of vertebral and internal carotid arteries. The remained arteries are ligated. The cannulas are connected to tubes in injection chamber and rarefaction is created. The injection chamber is hermetically sealed and 16-17 kPa rarefaction is created in the vessels with vacuum pump through dural, superior sagittal and direct sinuses. Then polychromatic filling of cerebral blood vessels is carried out through one of vertebral and internal carotid artery.
