SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pathological anatomy and forensic medicine, and can be used to visualize arterial vessels of the brain. The method involves washing blood clots from the arterial vessels of the brain with water, followed by the introduction of a complex solution on a whole unfixed cadaver. As a complex solution, a mixture of phosphor fluorescing under ultraviolet radiation with a wavelength of 254, 365 or 366 nm and a mixture of polypropylene glycols [(C3H6O)nH2O] (CAS: 25322-69-4) is used with a molar mass of 1000-2000 g/mol in the ratio (1-4):10, respectively. In this case, the complex solution is first injected through the internal carotid arteries into the large arteries of the carotid basin and their branches, and then into the large arteries of the vertebral-basilar basin and their branches, until these arteries are completely filled, and visualization is carried out in a shaded room with illumination from an ultraviolet light source of the mentioned wavelengths.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to shorten the time of the study, to obtain a bright contrast even against the background of a massive hemorrhage.
