FIELD: technology of cleaning of vapor-gas flows and separation of vapors from gases with the aim of their further utilization; may be used in mechanical engineering, petrochemical, chemical and other industries. SUBSTANCE: gases are cleaned in unit for cleaning gas flows from solvent vapors, which includes chamber with gas intake on which fire-barrier is located and process guides for gas flow, gas outlet, discharge outlet, cryogenic fluid inlet, heating heat-exchanger and process guide for cryogenic fluid. Installed inside the upper part of chamber at inlet of gas to be cleaned is contact heat exchanger in the form of overturned truncated cone whose large base is secured to upper bottom of chamber through spacing collector made in the form of coaxial cylinders whose internal cylinder has tangential channels for intake of cryogenic fluid, connected to the center of upper bottom of chamber is gas inlet with centrifugal swirler which is located inside contact heat exchanger and provided with process guides. Outlet of contact heat exchanger is ended in widening nozzle. Attached to external side of contact heat exchanger at the level of critical cross-section is internal edge of conical filter whose external edge is secured to chamber internal wall. Chamber serves as collector of crystallized solvent and its lower part, as melting unit. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
