FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas cleaning. Method of wet gas cleaning is characterized by that a stream of contaminated gases is fed into a cyclone element, where it is swirled in a swirler and under action of centrifugal forces is divided into two streams. First stream, dry cleaned gas, is fed into exhaust pipe, while second stream containing solid particles is fed into tank to impinge on fluid thickness to allow gas cleaning. Further, the purified gas is fed into an inertial drop catcher, followed by mixing with the first stream and discharged through a common outlet of purified gases.
EFFECT: invention proposes method of heated gases cleaning without their cooling to dew point (as it happens in wet dust collectors), at that the proposed method is considerably more efficient in comparison to dry cleaning method, at which there is no considerable gases cooling.
