SUBSTANCE: load-bearing pipe- envelope made from composite material includes load- bearing cellular framework provided with fine-cellular layers of intersecting wide bands congruently embracing its spiral and circular stiffening ribs forming supporting webs fastened with them and with outer load- bearing envelope by means of polymer binder. Units of intersection of circular ribs with spiral ones may be made at equal pitch lengthwise and may adjoin intersection units of spiral ribs on two sides.
