BULLETPROOF MULTIFUNCTIONAL TRANSPORT CONTAINER FOR CARRYING AND STORING DANGEROUSLY EXPLOSIVE MATERIALS AND METHOD OF ITS MANUFACTURE Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

Abstract RU 2245287 C1

FIELD: storage and transportation of explosive materials.

SUBSTANCE: proposed multifunctional transport container has housing made up of separate interconnected section in form of metal mandrel with shock-absorbing protective layers and elastically pliable linings and which are provided with attachment slots for assembling and fastening, and with hatches-slots and detachable covers. Layers of section are made of polymeric composition of block-copolymer of propylene and ethylene or random copolymer of propylene with alpha olefins or high-density polyethylene or frost-proof polypropylene and at least one reinforcement layer of polymeric composition filled with glass or carbon or basalt-fiber, layer of non-woven fiber material, and then layer of foamed block-copolymer of propylene and ethylene or random copolymer of propylene with alpha olefins, or high density polyethylene, at least one reinforcement layer of hose basalt or glass or carbon cloth and inner layer of polymeric composition on base of block-copolymer of propylene and ethylene, or random copolymer of propylene with alpha olefins, or high density polyethylene, or frost-proof polypropylene is applied, and partition made of hose basalt, or glass, or carbon cloth is placed between sections inside housing. Method of manufacture of container comes to making of sections interconnected to form housing and consisting of metal mandrel with shock-absorbing protective layers and elastically pliable linings provided with attachment slots for assembling and interconnection and connection to vehicle and furnished with hatches-slots and detachable covers. Layers of sections are made by application of layer of polymeric composition on base of block-copolymer of propylene and ethylene or random copolymer of propylene with alpha olefins, or polyethylene, or frost-proof polypropylene and at least one reinforcement layer of hose basalt or glass or carbon cloth to surface of which layer of polymeric composition filled with glass- or carbon- or basalt fiber, layer of nonwoven fiber material and then layer of foamed block-copolymer of propylene and ethylene or random copolymer of propylene with alpha olefins or of high density polyethylene and at least one reinforcement layer of hose basalt, or glass or carbon cloth and inner layer of polymeric composition on base of block-copolymer of propylene and ethylene or random copolymer of propylene with alpha olefins or high-density polyethylene or frost-proof polypropylene to metal mandrel by rotary method. Partition made on hose basalt, or glass, or carbon cloth is placed between sections inside housing.

EFFECT: improved efficiency safety of carriage.
