FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: engine housing is made in form of flat cylindrical split box with piston cylinders installed along two relatively perpendicular axes at two opposite sides of housing. Rods of cylinder pistons are made twin and are connected by cross link which can move in two-step slots on inner end face walls of housing. Axial line of each slot is located on one diametric plane of two opposite cylinders, their rods and links. Roller installed along axial line of cylinders on each link engages with outer path of rotor ring installed stationary on engine shaft. Rotor ring has also inner path along which inner roller moves, this roller being installed on rocker which is extension of one of piston rods and is located also on axial line of cylinders.
