FIELD: electrical engineering, design of fibre-optical communication lines built-in lightning protective cables of high-voltage power lines. SUBSTANCE: lightning protective cable with optical fibres includes central reinforcing element above which optical fibres in modules , metal coat, first and second lays of round wire are laid in sequence. For increase of operational reliability of lightning protective cable without enhanced usage of metal its reinforcing element is made from metal, modules housing optical fibres are manufactured from metal plastic with metal side outwards, metal coat above modules is fabricated from perforated tape with overlapping of edges. EFFECT: increased operational reliability of lightning protective cable. 1 dwg
