SUBSTANCE: optical communication cable has central armoring element, isolation layer of armoring element, optical fibers mounted in modules, external plastic envelope, elements for breaking external plastic envelope down, elements for breaking isolation layer of plastic armoring element down. The elements are made in form of metal wires. Cable also has protection cover. The elements and the modules are mounted with twist up to central armoring element inside isolation layer of central armoring element, isolation layer of central armoring element and modules correspondingly.
