Switching boxes are installed on turning and stationary parts over their circumferences wherein circuit leads of each loop of loose flexible cables are fixed; supply cable leads are placed in switching boxes installed in top part of stationary cylindrical base; central column is hollow structure and functions as support for cables in case of large angels of turn and as access port for device maintenance.
