FIELD: cleaning of exterior surface of pipelines of old or damaged coatings, applicable in repair and mounting of pipelines. SUBSTANCE: the machine cleaning part uses a rotor with holders evenly arranged in its circumference with cleaning tools on flexible coupling. The holders consist of a body with guide rollers installed on its edges. The body accommodates also two branches of flexible coupling with groups of cleaning tools and a device for tension of the branches; the latter has a movable and fixed parts. The ends of the branches of flexible coupling are connected to the movable part of the tensioning device, and the loop of flexible coupling envelops the tensioning roller. EFFECT: enhanced stability of pipeline cleaning process, enhanced reliability of design, minimized expenditure of time for replacement of cleaning tools. 2 cl, 2 dwg
