FIELD: food industry, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: nutrient medium is prepared from fish food products (fish or processing products, or waste) which were homogenized and mixed with sea invertebrates and/or fish decoctions taken at ratio 2-7. Then medium is pasteurized, cooled to culturing point and sown with acidophilic lactic acid microorganisms. Bacteria sowing on indicated nutrient medium is carried out using ferment at ratio 1:13, not less, and microorganism culturing is carried out at temperature that is less of upper temperature limit for culturing microorganism viability but above 45 C up to substrate pH = 5.0-6.0. Method is used for production of additions used for prophylaxis and treatment of gastroenteric disorders in human, animals and birds. EFFECT: improved method of microorganisms culturing. 3 cl
