FIELD: ophthalmology; surgical treatment of glaucoma. SUBSTANCE: surface sclera graft is tailored out and trabeculectomy is carried out. Surface sclera graft is used to form tunnel by turning lateral sides of graft inwards. Preliminarily incision is practiced at graft base on both sides. Inwardly turned edges of graft are fixed by sutures. Method permits to prevent cicatrization in region of fistula-forming opening. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 2 dwg
