SUBSTANCE: method involves applying continuous treatment cycles distinguished in that Metrogyl and Tiberyl are administered daily, Nitroxolin and Pyrrhogenal every second day in therapeutic doses during the first 2-3 weeks. Ceftriaxon is intramuscularly administered daily or every second day at a dose of 3-5 g during next 1-2 weeks. Trigger zones blockades, massage, manual therapy, medical treatment exercises and symptomatic treatment are concurrently administered. The total treatment course is 10-18 months long. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; prevented cases of recurrence.
