FIELD: biotechnology, genetic engineering, medicine. SUBSTANCE: analogs of human insulin with substitution of one or more amino acid residues in A- and B-chain with more hydrophilic amino acid residues were synthesized by transformation of the yeast strain with plasmid carrying DNA-sequence that encodes insulin analog precursor. The obtained precursor is converted to analog by reaction with L-threonine ester in organic solvent in the presence of trypsin. Preferable amino acid subtituents are the following amino acids: Asp, Glu, Ser, Thr, His and Ile. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis. 3 cl, 11 dwg, 1 tbl
