FIELD: metallurgy, in particular, devices for cooling of high-temperature dust-laden kiln gases. SUBSTANCE: the apparatus uses a screened gas conduit with an arch and heat exchange surfaces located in it, separating baffle of thermosiphons placed between the heat exchange surfaces for covering or partial filling of the gas conduit section. Condensation regions are arranged behind the limits of the gas conduit and furnished with refrigerators made in the form of chambers with double walls rigidly secured on the gas conduit arch, whose interior accommodates the thermosiphons on a slide fit for movement in the vertical plane. The external space of the chambers is filled with a heat-transfer agent circulating in the apparatus system. The interior is filled with a heat-conducting mass and furnished with a sealing unit made in the form of sealed bins rigidly installed on the thermosiphons and positioned in its lower part on the boundary of the evaporation and condensation regions. The upper part of the sealed bins has spring-loaded chamfered edges. A loading bin is installed in the upper part of the refrigerator above its interior. Unloading rings-expanders located in the refrigerator interior with a definite spacing are secured on each thermosiphon in length of the condensation region. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 6 dwg ЫЫЫ1
