FIELD: experimental medicine. SUBSTANCE: sacrotuberous ligament is operatively isolated, followed by coagulating it over length 0.5-1 cm. Polyvinyl pyrrolidone is administered into musculus obturatorius internus at rate 0.3 ml per 1 sq.cm of surface area of muscular belly, nervus genitalis is isolated and ligature is passed under nervus genitalis. Ends of ligature are attached to tendon of musculus femoris. Finally, tendon is stimulated during postoperative period by subjecting it to long-term load imitating run. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
