FIELD: equipment for protecting crops from crop destroying insects and diseases, as well as for killing home insects. SUBSTANCE: disinsector has heat-insulated housing and tubular electric heating member positioned within housing. Water is supplied into housing via pipeline and automatic water supply float valve positioned within housing. Steam is supplied to objects adapted for treatment through manipulator and flexible steam hose. Water tank is positioned under housing. During operation of disinsector, water is delivered from water tank through pipeline and automatic valve into housing, where it is heated till steam is generated. Steam is supplied through flexible steam hose and manipulator to treatment zone. Disinsector is further supplied with steam pressure safety valve. EFFECT: simplified construction, increased stability in steam supply and improved mobility. 1 dwg
