FIELD: filtration technics. SUBSTANCE: layer of colloid particles is inwashed onto porous carrier with pore size 0.5-2.0 mcm by hematite dispersed to concentration no higher than 1.0 g/l in ferric chloride aqueous solution having concentration 1.0 g/l to attain specific density of inwash 40-80 mcg of hematite per 1 sq.cm on conversion to iron.
