FIELD: water treatment. SUBSTANCE: regenerates are mixed with crushed blast-furnace slag, sodium hydroxide, and aluminum hydroxide of water-conditioning coagulation sludge at weight ratio 1:(2.5-3.7):(0.125-0.185): (0.025-0.075). Mixture is hardened at 20 to 90 C. EFFECT: increased strength of hardened material, reduced radionuclide leachability, and enabled hardening sulfate regenerates together with other radionuclide solutions. 1 tbl
