FIELD: waste disposal. SUBSTANCE: waste is mixed with crushed granulated metallurgical slag, cement binder, clay, alkali, and liquid glass at weight ratio 100:(18-100):(16-70):(6-20):92-4):(2-8). Specific surface of crushed slag is 500 to 2000 sq.cm/g. Water-binding ratio is 0.2 to 0.6. Preferred alkali is sodium hydroxide.
