SUBSTANCE: the device has a body in the form of rigidly interconnected detachable frames with a movable frame positioned between them. The device is furnished with flexible cleaning members, one end of each of them is fastened to the body by means of a screw pair, and the other - to the movable frame. The movable frame is connected to the body by means of springs and a double-arm lever with an arm ratio of (1...3):(4...6). It is expedient to fasten the springs on the body by means of screw pairs.
