FIELD: erection of pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: mechanism includes rotor fitted with axles which carry holders with brushes secured at angle of 40 to 50 deg relative to axles. Fitted coaxially relative to axles are inertial tensioners; each tensioner is made in form of lever whose one end is movably secured on axle and is rigidly connected with eccentric roller. Free end of lever is provided with inertial mass. Free ends of holder are provided with rollers embraced by flexible member. EFFECT: optimization of operating conditions of rotor drive through reduction of starting loads; extended range of diameters of pipes to be cleaned. 2 dwg
