FIELD: fuel burning systems. SUBSTANCE: this relates to heating systems of high-temperature heating and heat-treatment furnaces. Method implies separate delivery of gas and air with subsequent mixing in central passage and additional mixing of gas and air in combustion chamber during rotation of this chamber. Gas burner has mixture formation unit 1, body 2, combustion chamber 3, nozzle 4 located in body 2, sight hole 17. Mixture formation unit 1 has gas chamber 5, gas nozzle 7 with holes 6. Central passage 8 of gas nozzle 7 is connected at one side with combustion chamber 3 and at other side with air chamber 9. Central passage has holes 10 which connect it with gas chamber 5. Combustion chamber 3 is installed in bearing units 11 for possible rotation and holes 12 and slots 13 with ribs 14, 15 which are spiral-oriented. For wider range of regulation, combustion chamber 3 can be rotated by separate motor. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 1 dwg
