FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: combined flare head consists of a high-pressure head, a low-pressure head and an acid gas head arranged in close proximity to each other, preferably, on one frame, and mounted in a common deflector. Each head of high and low pressure contains hollow shaped body in the form of a pipe with conical expansion in its outlet part, an outlet splitter made in the form of a cone facing the inlet part of the body with annular gap relative to the upper end of the body in the form of a cone with a vertex facing the inlet part of the body. Inside the body there is a hollow shaped central body having a minimum flow section located in its outlet part. The splitters are mounted in annular gap between the outlet part of the splitter and the body outlet conical part made in the form of V-shaped profile brackets which are turned by vertex to the inlet part of the body. Through grooves are made in the wall of conical expansion outlet part, between said splitters. The outer shell is mounted on the hollow body conical extension with a profiled annular gap. The cavity of said annular gap is connected to air supply manifold located on the hollow profiled body, in particular, in transition point of cylindrical part of the body to a conic, by means of branch pipes, which cavity is connected to manifold cavity, installed, preferably, vertically, at that, one end of said branch pipes is installed on the manifold, and the other end is in the close proximity of the inlet part of the annular gap. The acid gas head is between high-pressure and low-pressure heads and has the form of a tube, which outlet section is installed at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the burner and directed towards said heads.
EFFECT: improved mixture formation, increased completeness of gases combustion, reduced noise and vibration during operation.
