FIELD: optical communication equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has optical amplifiers 5 and 6 with active fibers 10 in which reflection index in direction towards active fiber of amplifiers is limited by given threshold which is less than 10 dB with respect to reflection index caused by Relay dissipation inside linear fibers. This value of reflecting index is achieved by means of introduced optical insulators 11a, 11b at input and output of amplifier 6 and introduced units 12 which stop reflection in all fibers which converge at active fiber 10 of amplifier. Inner reflection index of optical insulators 11a and 11b is limited. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 20 cl, 4 dwg
